This superb villa boasts a very large 30' swimming pool with a seperate linked spa (Not a hot tub, temperature is the same as the pool)
The 25' x 8' lanai is another feature seldom seen in newer build properties and is designed to offer a shaded area perfect for sunshine breakfasts, al fresco meals and a cool glass of wine while watching the sun go down after a hectic day at the theme parks.
Davenport is perfectly located for easy access to the main "Interstate 4" which in turn offers easy to find routes to both Disney and Universal studios to the East or West to Tampa and Clearwater.

Championsgate golf complex designed by Greg Norman and also the Reunion Golf resort is only minutes away from Sunridge Woods along with many more golf courses in the area and also with the new giant "Posner Park" giant retail park 8 minutes away Davenport caters for serious golfers and shoppers alike.
Our home is also close to Championsgate town center where you can find a "Publix" supermarket, Chinese and Italian restaurants, a Subway and a large MacDonalds. Dominoes and Papa Johns also deliver to Sunridge Woods.
Travel up Old Lake Wilson for 15 Minutes and you will find the famous "192" with countless restaurants, superstores and entertainment.
Sunridge Woods homes offer lots of space between homes and large spacious gardens to the front and rear of the property, unlike newer developments in the area where homes are planned and built to utilise every scrap of ground available. This leads to homes within touching distance of each other and pools so close that if a neighbor jumps in to theirs you get splashed.
Take time to wander around the lake and feel free to use the fishing poles to try your luck catching the legendary big "Bass" but please remember to let him/her back for the next guests to try their luck. If you don't fish just sit back and watch the sun sparkle on the water and wait for the visiting Cranes and other wildlife who visit the lake on a regular basis. (alligators are a bit of rarity here nowadays !!)
